At Resonance, our classes are designed as invitations into movement, breath, stillness, and connection. We offer a variety of entry points to support where you are in your practice, whether you’re arriving for the first time or returning to familiar ground.

All weekly classes are available both in person and via livestream.

Each class includes options and variations, allowing you to choose what feels most supportive to your body, energy, and experience on any given day. Wherever you are in your practice, you are welcome here.

All-Levels practices are open and adaptable, with options to support a range of bodies and experiences. Deepening practices invite students with a foundational understanding of yoga to explore subtler layers of movement, breath, and awareness.

Hatha Morning

A slower-paced active hatha practice that explores how breath informs movement. This class invites reflection, steadiness, and connection to your inner landscape.

Hatha - Afternoon

A steady, grounding practice focused on building strength, balance, and awareness in both body and mind. Longer-held postures create space to explore sensation, alignment, and breath with intention.

All Levels Flow - Lunchtime

A lunchtime flow designed to help you reset and reconnect in the middle of your day. This all-levels class blends thoughtful movement with moments of stillness, offering space to return to your breath and body.

All Levels Flow - Sunday Morning

A spacious 90-minute all-levels practice designed to help you settle in and explore more deeply. This slow flow weaves together pranayama, meditation, and asana with time to move thoughtfully and rest when needed.

Deepening Flow - Evening

An evening vinyasa flow for students familiar with foundational yoga practices who are ready to explore deeper layers of movement, breath, and awareness. This class invites curiosity around alignment, subtle action, and embodied presence, with thoughtful pacing that helps you unwind the day and settle into ease.

Deepening Flow - Morning

A morning flow that invites balance, clarity, and presence as you begin your day. Intelligent sequencing and mindful asana exploration support both movement and reflection. Options are always offered so you can adapt the practice to meet your energy and needs, creating a supportive start to the day.

Pilates

A supportive full-body Pilates practice that builds strength, balance, flexibility, and body awareness. This all-levels class offers a range of modifications, meeting you where you are and supporting both strength and steadiness.

Pilates Sculpt

A high-energy Pilates fusion class blending mat work with strength training using weights and resistance props.

Yin Yoga

A slow, supported practice that invites stillness, presence, and deep listening. Postures are held for longer periods to gently support the connective tissues and cultivate spaciousness in the body.

Michael Steinke leads a yin-inspired experience rooted in traditional yin principles while weaving in somatic inquiry and curiosity about how the body feels and functions.

Foam Roller Friday (Virtual Only)

A playful and supportive class designed to help you unwind from the week. Using a full-length foam roller, we explore stretching, mobility, balance, and gentle strengthening.
