The Ocean Inside Me is a spiritual memoir about healing racial trauma as a person of color incarcerated in an almost all-white prison. R.G. Shore found a way to liberate his inner child, in the most unlikely place, by going inward to address the wound through meditation. This book also offers practical guided steps for you to begin your own journey.
The book discussions will be facilitated by author R.G Shore and Chantal Barton. Each gathering will also included a guided meditation practice by R.G. and you’re welcome to stay longer for an extended Q & A session after our set event time concludes.
Sliding Scale Pricing: $10-35 per person (price includes a physical copy of the book and all the book club gatherings.)
