Refresh Flow
A class to flow without pressure or expectation. Intelligent movement to bring you back to balance in the middle of your day.
Reflect Hatha
Traditional hatha yoga practice that integrates pranayama & mediation into class as well.
Resonance Flow
A longer practice that allows us to go deeper. This soul-filled slow flow class will explore pranayama (breath work), meditation, and asana (postures).

Along with the Pilates mat exercises, classes may also include other styles of movement and props to help challenge and increase our strength and balance, improve flexibility, and bring overall better body awareness. Modifications are provided to meet you and your body where you are today.

Foam Roller Friday (Virtual Only)
You’ve made it to Friday , so now it’s time for some roll-ief! You will be using a full length foam roller to stretch over, lay on, roll out, balance with, and any other fun ways we might incorporate it into class to rehydrate our tissue and strengthen and stretch out our bodies.

Yoga Nidra
We begin class by setting the stage for a sankalpa—an intention created by the heart and mind. Then we'll use yoga props to set up in relaxed position, as we embark on a systematic and soothing exploration of sensations, breath awareness, and visualizations.
