Cancellation & Refund Policy

Weekly Scheduled Studio Classes: We request that you please give us at least a 4 hour cancellation notice. We understand if life throws a surprise at you. We don’t provide refunds for these classes but you can apply your class credit to another class.

Monthly Memberships: You can cancel or adjust your monthly membership at anytime by emailing us at hello@resonanceyogacollective.com. We do not provide refunds for monthly memberships that go unused, or for cancellation notice given after a renewal date.

Events & Workshops: Same policy as for the weekly classes but we request at least a 12 hour cancellation notice. No refunds for events/workshop purchases, but we will give you a credit to be used for a future event or class passes.

How do I register for a virtual class?

  1. Login to our Online Studio.

  2. Click "Class Schedule"

  3. Navigate to the class you are interested in and click on the class

  4. Click on "Click here to register"
    You'll be prompted to buy a day pass or a membership, if you don't already have one.

    Done! When it's time for class, repeat steps 1-3 to get back into the listing for class, and the button you clicked to register will now say "join the livestream." Make sure you are logged into your Zoom account, click the button, and enjoy your practice.

 How do I access the class recordings (video library)?

  1. Login to our Online Studio.

  2. Select “Video Library” at the top or from the drop-down list in the corner of your screen.

  3. Scroll down to see the videos & search for one that fits your practice today. Newest class recordings will be listed first. Enjoy!

I can’t remember my password / I’m having difficulties logging into the online studio.

  1. Go to the login option at www.resonanceyogaonline.com

  2. Select “forgot password” and you’ll be walked through an easy reset.

  3. If that doesn’t resolve the issue, email hello@resonanceyogacollective.com

How do I change my membership level/pricing?
