This series introduces two key elements of the yoga practice, beyond asana. Together we'll explore meditation and pranayama over thirty days to help build a steady habit and connection to your own sadhana (practice).

Practice looks different in this age of 40+ hour work weeks. So we will be creating an effort that is realistic to the world and our lives today.

Sept 13th - Oct 6th | Every Tuesday & Thursday Morning
Morning Flow Class at 6:30-6:50am (optional)
Meditation & Pranayama Series at 7-7:30am
Each day you can choose to attend virtually or in-person to support your schedule. Class recordings will also be provided for those who would prefer to practice at a different time.
Asana is the shapes, the movement of yoga that helps us to be able to sit comfortably in a seated position. Attend the 20min morning flow class that will happen right before the meditation & pranayama workshop. (This is included in the price & will help provide a well-rounded practice.)
Pranayama is the breathing practice(s) that are another limb of the yoga practice. Prana can be defined as 'life-force', so this exploration helps build and support the vital energy of the layers of you. From the energetic & physical body, to the felt sense of being connected to something bigger than you.
Meditation can be explored in many ways. It is the practice of returning home to your Self. Your center. Your place of wholeness within. In this series we will work towards stilling the mind chatter with the guidance of asana, pranayama, a short visualization/instruction and then we will settle into a quiet focus/meditation together.
Community support is a beautiful and vital piece of creating a dedicated practice in life. There will be a virtual group you can access through this platform where we can share support & questions!
