We are honored to once again be a part of the day’s festivities for Salem Pride with an all-levels yoga class, in partnership with our sister community, Yoga + Beer.

Mikki will lead a heart opening practice to send love to our incredible, beautiful selves - and all in our community. A reminder through movement and breath to live in a way that feels good and authentically you.

We will be gathering for a 60 minute practice in the middle of State St., on the block between Liberty and Commercial. All levels and all ages are welcome. Please bring a yoga mat, and possibly a towel for below your mat since we will be practicing in the street. Colorful, rainbow yoga attire encouraged.

Suggested donation of $5-$10 per yogi for practice. 100% of donations will be contributed to Rainbow Youth.
