Our bodies are a living story of our experiences in life and often we end up storing stress in our muscle tissues that cause discomfort and limit our movement capacity.
Learn about your nervous system, help tension relax, and improve your range of motion. After a short discussion we will move through an all-levels yoga flow threaded with somatic release practices that will leave you feeling rejuvenated and mobile.
