Join Chantal for a Saturday morning Yoga class out at the Smith Creek Village in Silver Falls. An opportunity to connect and move our bodies out in nature, surrounded by sunshine, cedar trees and bird song.

You’re welcome to arrive early to enjoy breakfast at the restaraunt, or stay later to go for a hike with friends. You can even make a reservation at Smith Creek Village to enjoy glamping for the weekend!

Feel free to pack picnic lunch to linger & enjoy after class.

Yoga Class is at 10:00-11:00am

Class is a suggested donation of $0-20. Resonance members are encouraged to attend class for free. Thank you for your support.

Important Details To Note:

• You’ll need to pay $5 for parking at Silver Falls in the Smith Creek Village area.

• Bring your own yoga mat.

• The Smith Creek Village coffee shop will be open and welcomes you before or after class!
