Philosophy - The Eight Limbs of Yoga

Our studio classes often explore three of the limbs of yoga; asana (shapes), pranayama (breath), and Dharana (concentration). There are five more key elements to this practice and in this workshop we'll be diving a little deeper into the full spectrum. We’ll discuss what each of the limbs are and their application/purpose within this practice with an emphasis on the yamas and niyamas.
