Many of us are walking around carrying stress, anxiety, and ongoing daily traumas. Yoga offers profound tools and resources for healing, including meditation, breath, self-study, and movement. Through these group yoga therapy sessions, you will learn about anxiety/stress in the body and nervous system, explore your own relationship with stress, and experience yoga's healing potential firsthand. Between sessions you will have resources and “home play” suggestions to keep exploring on your own. When the series ends, you will better understand yourself and the practice of yoga, as well as how to apply these things to your daily life.
Each session you can choose to attend online or in-studio. If you are unable to attend one of the sessions, you will be able to access a recording to make up the missed session
