Hello, my name is Nicki!
I started my yoga journey in college as I was studying to become an occupational therapist. I fell in love with the mental health benefits of yoga, and my love for asana deepened as I developed my knowledge of the human body in OT school. I have a passion for making movement accessible for all individuals in a clinical setting and through yoga. Looking at the body holistically, my goal is to facilitate a space that can ease the mind and nervous system, while moving through postures.
I completed my 200hr YTT in 2021 and Iām eager for more training in the near future. I feel most at peace when I am outside, with my dog, reading, with my loved ones and practicing yoga.
