Once a month we offer guided meditation classes with Jessica Amos.
You will learn to listen to your inner wisdom, practice self-compassion, reframe your personal narrative, and create lasting changes in your life through present-moment awareness.
Think of this class as a deep and gentle massage for your heart, mind, and soul. Allow yourself to completely relax during this class as you are held in a the spacious embrace of timeless peace and heart-nourishing ease.
What to expect:
:: The first 5 minutes of class start with a short lesson based on a general theme followed by instructions on posture & breath, setting you up for optimal comfort.
:: Before being guided in meditation, we will sit in silent meditation for 10-20 minutes. This is a chance for you to adjust your posture, work on your breath practice and observe your thoughts & emotions unhindered.
:: Class time will primarily be spent in guided meditation. This is where you get to relax, let go and connect deeply with the peace, clarity and joy already inside you.
:: The final 5-minutes of class are for silent reflection. Use this time to keep meditating, stretch, journal, or whatever feels best for you during that time.
