Join our Resonance Yoga community and Mikki Trowbridge for a two part series that explores and builds an understanding of the inverted postures - handstand, forearm stand, headstand and shoulderstand. Each session will consider how our foundational yoga postures inform the more complex practice of inversions, and will break down the key elements of each pose to create an understanding of how to safely and sustainably build confidence while upside down. This workshop is for both the inversion addict and the newbie inverter. Yogis are encouraged to have a regular yoga practice and should feel comfortable trying to go upside down at the wall.
