We often think that the brain is in charge of everything and thus we try to think our way through whatever comes up in our lives. (Especially when it comes to big feelings like anxiety, anger, grief and so on.) Yet the body actually does 80% of communication to the brain, the brain does 20% of communication to the body.
This workshop explores how to work with your body and support vagal toning so that you can live an engaged & connected feeling life. We'll cover what the nervous system is, how it works, and how you can support it both on and off the mat (depending on what YOU specifically need). This workshop will flow between discussion & practice in action.
No prior Yoga practice is needed for this workshop.
