Join Chantal Barton (owner of Kids Yoga Summer Camp), for a moment during spring break that invites kiddos to reset from the school year and sink into a small group environment that supports creativity, and positive self/community interactions. Together we'll explore fun mindfulness based games, a big art project, imaginative yoga practices and more.

Kids Yoga Half-Day Schedule
1-1:15pm | Arrival time
1:15-2pm | Introductions & a fun mindfulness/proprioception game
2-2:30pm | Yoga Practice
2:30-2:45pm | Snack time (Healthy gluten & sugar free snack is provided)
2:45-4pm | Art Project
4-4:15pm | Restorative Yoga / Bite sized tools to support self-nourishment
4:15-4:45pm | Partner & Group Game
4:45-5pm | Closing Circle
Please be sure that your kiddo has eaten a hearty lunch before arriving!
This group is limited to 10 kiddos, ages 5-11ish. Masks are optional.
