This is an evening of complete restoration; sound healing threaded with restorative/yin yoga and therapeutic massage. Diane Davidson is an LMT that will be supporting each person with techniques that help release muscular tension within supported and deep stretching yoga postures.

michael will share a variety of healing instruments including but not limited to large gongs, singing bowls, drums, Hang Bal, and didgeridoo. Sound baths help to lower brainwave states so that the body may enter restful & healing experience.
