Join our Resonance Yoga community and Mikki Trowbridge for a three-part series that explores and builds an understanding of arm balancing, and the inverted postures - handstand, forearm stand, headstand and shoulderstand.
Each session will consider how our foundational yoga postures inform these more complex poses, and will break down the key elements of each pose to create an understanding of how to safely and sustainably build confidence in these shapes.
We recommend yogis have a regular practice before attending this workshop series. No prior inversion experience is necessary - just a willingness to explore. Workshops qualify for Yoga Alliance CEUs for RYTs.
