Pelvic Floor Yoga Workshop

  • Resonance Yoga Studio 129 Commercial Street Southeast Salem, OR, 97301 United States (map)

What is the pelvic floor and how can yoga help?

The pelvic floor is the area that involves muscles that control some of our bodily functions and includes bones, ligaments and connective tissues. The hips and back are connected to your pelvis so injuries, weakness or tightness in any of these areas can affect the others. Posture and breath greatly affects the pelvic floor which is why yoga can help.

Everyone can benefit from this class. Even if you aren't experiencing symptoms!

Kari has been a PT for over 20 years and her focus on the health of the pelvic floor led her to learning and encorporating yoga in her physcial therapy practice.
