This gathering is themed around reconnecting with yourself as we move from the hustle of summer activities and into a time of inner reflection / self-nourishment.
Friday, November 3rd at 5:30-7:30pm
A practice guided by Chantal, that begins with a short all-levels slow steady flow designed to rinse off all that has been causing any inner-interruptions. We'll then explore a simple reflective journal exercise before moving into restorative yoga to bring your nervous system back into balance. A guided meditation will thread its way throughout the restful poses before we conclude with a little space for community reflection and connection.
