Campout Details

The Food:

To keep this experience accessible, we’re keeping it simple! Saturday night is a community potluck. Bring a dish! For breakfast on Sunday, please bring your own food or plan on eating at the Big Leaf Cafe in the Smith Creek Village. There is a full industrial sized kitchen at the Foothills Ranch and you’re welcome to store food in the fridge and/or cook on the stove.

The Facilities:

There are multi-stall bathrooms onsite at Foothills Ranch. Showers are available in the Smith Creek Village area. Bunk beds are upstairs and downstairs is a huge common area with tables, comfy chairs and a massive indoor fire pit.

Campout Options:

Set up a tent or join us in the Foothills Ranch bunkhouse. There are only 10 campsites available in the forested area right next to Foothills Ranch. The ranch house has bunk beds that can hold 75 people but we max our experience out at 30 so that everyone can have space.

Yoga Practice:

Classes are guided by Chantal Barton and they will be held inside the large common area of Foothills Ranch unless the weather is perfect for being outside amongst the trees!

Sunrise Kirtan:

Guided by community member, Jennine Jordan. Kirtan is part of an ancient form of yoga known as Bhakti, or the yoga of devotion. Often practiced as a song or chant, set to music. Many kirtan performances are structured to engage the audience where they either repeat the chant, or reply to the call of the singer.
